What you get

What is included.

Most couples book us for after dinner, starting with the first dance at around eight. If your venue has a sound limiter or an early finish, we shape the sets to suit it.

  • A pair of hour-long sets, or three shorter ones
  • Your first-dance song arranged for the five of us
  • A playlist from our system whenever the band is off stage
  • Our own speakers, desk and lights for the floor
  • Songs picked with you from our song sheet
  • Set up in the evening room while you eat

First-dance arrangement included. Sample offer

How it works

Booking the band, step by step.

  1. Ask about your date

Send when and where, and roughly when the evening begins. A price comes back by return.

  2. Fill in the song sheet

About five weeks before, a one-page sheet covers your first dance, a few favourites and anything to steer clear of.

  3. Enjoy the night

We are tuned up before your first dance and play until the finish time your venue has set.

Questions

Wedding band: your questions.

How much live music do we get?

About two hours, split into two sets. Our playlist covers the breaks, so nobody is left in silence.

Can you arrange a song you do not already play?

Yes, your first-dance song and one more. Send them early so there is time to rehearse them properly.

How much room should we leave you?

About 5 metres by 3, near two ordinary sockets. In a smaller corner we can bring a cut-down drum kit, so tell us the size.

Our venue has a sound limiter. Is that a problem?

Usually not. We bring a lighter drum kit and in-ear monitors, and ask the venue for its limit well ahead of the day.

What if one of the band is ill?

A stand-in for every player. Each knows our set, so the night goes ahead as planned.
